With over 10 years of legal experience at Apple, I am the Senior Product Counsel who oversees the iPad HW product line managing all regulatory, engineering, marketing and operational issues across the product. Previously I have also worked in Cupertino as the Senior Product Counsel for the iPhone product line taking on similar responsibility for Apple's flagship product. Prior to that I have worked as an EMEIA Legal Counsel, where I handled various IT, IP, energy, sales, and procurement matters across Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa. I have developed skills in trademark law, legal operations, business law, software licenses, renewable energy, and sales and distribution. My core competencies include negotiating complex agreements, managing cross-functional teams, and providing strategic advice to senior leadership. I bring a global perspective and a wealth of experience to the legal team being dual qualified in the US (UBE + California In-House registered) and the UK.
