Still active in local church youth work.From 1983 to 1988 worked in a local accountancy firm gaining broad experience across accounting, VAT, personal tax, Trusts and Charities. From 1988 concentrated on Trusts and Charities, including managing a large investment company. From 1998 specialised in the audit of religious charity, specifically Roman Catholic Dioceses and Holy Orders. From 2000 working full time in the Church of England Dioceses of Rochester and Canterbury. From 2007 the finance lead for Rochester Cathedral.
