Currently working with housing and commercial clients to improve property / landlord H&S compliance.A dedicated and commercially astute professional in the health, safety, environment and compliance sector.Having been in the SHE sector since graduating in 1998, I have witnessed and been part of significant improvements in the delivery of Governance Risk and Compliance for the clients I've had the privilege to work with.Specialising in asbestos, legionella and fire, in my last consultancy post I built and headed up the asbestos team as well as provided the operational lead for other compliance in the business. I was also the Technical Manager for the UKAS Inspection Body, providing authoritative advice and guidance for my team and clients. As a manager, I have had the duty and honour of helping shape the careers of some very talented individuals. Each team member has been dedicated to providing pragmatic and customer-focused solutions in their specialist areas. I am fortunate to work with people that have energy and enthusiasm for their roles which makes working with them a real pleasure.My approach is to identify the problems and fix them, enhance systems to make them work better and to innovate new approaches.
