I am an experienced petroleum engineer & team leader in the upstream exploration & production (E&P) of oil & natural gas. Over the past twenty four years I have developed expertise in the E&P world in both technical applications & in team building/supervision of my fellow hard-working & diverse operations team members.My experience includes well construction design, field development & operations in basins in CA, CO, MT, ND, OK, & TX in both conventional & unconventional wells.As a former US military member, I am a creative & effective problem-solver. My experience across a broad scope of E&P activities includes: A&D, Land, Geology, Finance/Economics, Reserve Estimation, Planning, with emphasis on Operational Execution (drilling, completion, production, facilities, flowback & well intervention). I have learned the business through application-oriented postings at progressively increasing levels of responsibility in publicly traded & private equity companies.
