As a Sales Manager, I am responsible for the Cloud Technologies team within Exclusive Networks. With less buzzwords it is the networking, server and storage department. I maintain the relationship with approx 12 vendors and I manage a team of 5 outside sales representatives. I also still have some customers for who I am the main contact person at Exclusive.

As an Outside Sales representative I managed approximately 100 customers, mostly in the ISP sphere. I worked together with vendors and customers to find the best solution within our portfolio for their needs. Almost all vendors I worked with were in the networking business. Our main networking solutions were switches but we also did more niche solutions like BGP routers, WDM solutions and anti DDoS protection.

As Inside Sales representative I was responsible for handling customer inquiries quickly and effectively in a fast, team-oriented environment. I made and prepared quotes for customers, answered the phone and made sure orders were handled correctly.
