Main activities and responsibilities: -Direct, manage and provide leadership for production and maintenance operations onboard Dana Petroleum’s operated offshore facility De Ruyter platform in the Netherlands and ensures all activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in compliance with regulative requirements, corporate standards and industry best practice.-Ensures that the facility delivers the expected performance by optimizing production efficiency within the approved OPEX budgets.-Lead offshore Safety and Emergency Response and ensures a tight safety, environmental and healthcare culture in accordance with Dana Petroleum’s Zero Harm policy.

Main activities and responsibilities: -Comply with governmental and company rules, regulations and procedures on the production facilities to ascertain the production license. -Pro-active on safety standards and promote safety awareness.-Ensure all life saving, fire fighting and emergency systems are fully available at all times and are well maintained.-In depth knowledge of process and utility systems and understanding of the physics of oil and gas processing systems.-Adhere to, implement and maintain full control of permit to work system.-Give clear direction and instruction to production technicians and service contractors when applicable.-Look for continuous improvement of process related activities and troubleshoot process upsets. -Responsible for producing daily production report.-Act as a team-player in the multifunctional operations and maintenance team.-Maintain proper housekeeping standards.-Replace OIM in emergency situations when required.

Senior production technician and relief production supervisor for contractor Expro North Sea ltd. on a oil & gas production platform in the North Sea.Main activities and responsibilities: -Involved in commissioning and trouble shooting during start-up phase. -Start-Up/ Shutdown and operation of oil separation facilities and metering, gas compressors, glycol dehydration, produced water systems. Understanding safe limits of operation.-Start-Up/ Shutdown and operation of water injection systems, coarse/fine filtration and deaeration.-Ensure safe and efficient operation of the process facilities. Clear understanding of Permit to Work System, supporting paperwork and Task Risk assessment.-Experience in operation of gas compressors (piston) for use in gas lift operations.-Experience with tanker offloading operations.-Operation of DCS control room systems, fire and gas systems, ESD systems and monitor the correct operation of all plant and equipment.-Knowledge of emergency response actions and duties as required in abnormal/emergency situation.
