Temporary filling the gap at my old employer EAS, doing what I do well: organizing, structurizing, planning and training.As two employees left, EAS was in urgent need for someone to short-time fill the gap.I have been working on restructurizing the project department, doing internal sales support and training the two new employees.

EAS is a supplier of Quick Mold Change & Quick Die Change solutions as well as equipment for mold handling (inspection units, rotators, transport solutions) and multi coupler systems. EAS sellsTime, Space and Safety.Time because of increased productivity of injection molding machines or vertical presses, Space because of the reduces stock needed with Quick Changes &Safety because of the limited number of people involved in changing and therefore a lower injury risk.My job as project manager consists of consulting customers and sales people on QMC & QDC solutions, making layouts, quotations and, if necessary, solving problems on site.For more complex projects I am responsible for the whole project: from designing the lay-out, cost calculations, looking for suppliers until the commissioning on site.

Een jaartje rust en tijd voor mezelf. Eerst mijn studie afmaken en nadenken over mijn toekomst.Een baan als leraar in het onderwijs van nu, gaat het niet worden maar gelukkig kan ik ook uit het geven van wiskundebijles veel voldoening halen.

My job was to design en draw the systems and necessary custom parts. Furthermore supervising the internal building, taking measurements en incidental problem solving.

As a sales support engineer I was responsible for the calculating of non-standard parts, answering technical questions and if necessary supply of service in Europe. As project-leader I was responsible for bigger rebuilds of mainly paper-machines. My responsibilities started at the beginning by taking the necessary measurements, the internal supervising and planning of the project and the supervising of the installation on site. For this job I was occasionally traveling through Europe.

As production-supervisor I was responsible for the planning of the production and purchase and as work preparation it was my job to draw en construct shopfronts en roling-shutters.
