At Hank's I'm involved in many aspects of the business. Shipping and receiving is a large portion of my day. Which includes organizing drivers, routes and parts. Included in this is quality control of parts coming in and going out to our customers. Assisting the drivers load trucks and ensuring the load is safe.Throughout the day I'm also working in the yard retrieving and removing parts, always ensuring their quality. Occasionally I deliver to fill in for drivers and to keep in contact with customers. As well as managerial duties such as; organizing work orders, managing over 10 employee's and computer updates.Amongst other duties, I also check inventory, assist other employees and troubleshoot problems.

My responsibilities were to ensure the proper grade of the land to coincide with local requirements. I often used laser equipment to ensure proper slope and other characteristics of the land to allow sufficient drainage. Once the development was up to standards and building requirements, the land was groomed. Other responsibilities include; sodding, grading and use of medium duty equipment as well as measuring devices.

My responsibilities at KEI was to setup certain automotive parts with specific electrodes for plating. A major role was to ensure the quality of the service provided and attention to detail was key. Amongst quality control, I also performed repair on imperfections.
