I have had a split-career thus far, one ending prematurely with a neck injury resulting in retiring from Professional Rugby at 29. My career highlights were playing 50 games in the English Premiership, over 30 Tournaments on the HSBC World Sevens Series, and two Sevens Rugby World Cups, ending with Captaining a talented England Team to the final. I then spent 8 years utilising my extensive sporting insights with positive psychology post graduate methodology to combine Workathlete; a performance and well-being coaching and consultancy company. This was done whilst also broadcasting on major global events such as the English Premiership, European Championship, HSBC World Series, Rugby World Cup, and Olympic Games which is an ongoing passion and role. Now, I’m working within World Rugby to develop opportunities for Unions, teams and players that I hope can further enhance the greatest game in the World with some of the best personalities within it.
