Many thanks for visiting my page My partner Claire and I are founders of Popla Media, where we collaborate with our clients and turn their insights, expertise and know-how into powerful communications that raise awareness and help people learn.We come up with ideas that get the very best out of film, animation, print and design. To do this we make sure we understand your audience, so we ‘get’ where their head is at. More to the point we put your unrivalled access to people’s lived experience, into the very heart of your communication. In this way we deliver stories that audiences can believe in. The communications we’ve produced, have been enriched by the thoughts, ideas, and experiences of an extraordinary mix of people. From teachers, surgeons, engineers, doctors, nurses, and designers, to world-famous choreographers, musicians and Turner Prize-winning artists. From care leavers caught up in the justice system and people who have contemplated suicide to the professionals who help them and the loved ones who are left behind. From local residents who changed the streets they live on, to young people who have come though abuse and exploitation. Claire and I set up Popla in 2013. We wanted to work with clients who are having an impact in the public sphere, who aim to make a difference to people’s lives.I’ve been working with clients for over 30 years. Before Popla I was Creative Director at large multi disciplinary communication agencies partnering with some of the world's biggest brands and government departments. Many of the projects I’ve been involved with have won international awards. Some of them are held in the BFI national archive. We’d love to do the same for you.
