Stichting Volksbond Amsterdam versterkt de positie en regie van (voormalig) dak- en thuisloze en sociaal kwetsbare cliënten. Dat doen we in vijf woonlocaties, door middel van ambulante begeleiding, met twee (inloop)voorzieningen voor dagbesteding, dagbestedingprojecten op de locaties, met155 medewerkers en steeds meer vrijwilligers.Cliënten denken, praten en beslissen mee over de organisatie van de zorg. Ze hebben een belangrijke stem in de beoordeling van de kwaliteit van het aanbod en werken cliëntgestuurd binnen verschillende afdelingen.Door de hoge mate van cliëntenparticipatie realiseren organisatie en cliënten duurzame verandering en zelfstandigheid in het leven van cliënten.
