Since retiring after 30 years of dedicated service in law enforcement, I have had the privilege of continuing to support and serve the public safety community in various capacities. Being surrounded by individuals who are committed to protecting and enhancing the well-being of our communities and nation has been and remains an honor. Throughout my career, it became evident that the effectiveness of any public safety entity is not solely dependent on the quality and dedication of its personnel, but also on its ability to leverage the collective strength of its partners in both the public and private sectors. Our agency was fortunate to collaborate with exceptional law enforcement partners, both internationally and domestically. Regardless of the size or complexity of these agencies, their shared determination and pursuit of excellence in public safety were always apparent. To all my former colleagues who continue to serve on the front lines, I extend my deepest gratitude for your unwavering commitment.
