♣ Oversee full-time (1 & 3 year) leadership development internship program♣ Started and directed part-time (10 hours/month) discipleship program ♣ City outreach (Redemption of the City)♣ Effectively utilized church management system (CCB) in all areas of ministry♣ Participated and led in all staff-wide meetings, prayer time, & development days♣ Regularly teaching: On equipping the saints for the work of ministry, living as ambassadors, and wholistic discipleship at conferences/retreats, healthy and strategic leadership development in the local church at EFCA district conference, biblical peacemaking and mortification of sin in Uganda, biblical insights from mental health experience.♣ Collaborations: Seminars: The Gospel Coalition, Q, Transform MN, and Made to Flourish to engage adults in cultural and theological learning and discussions, Overseas partnership: Mission: Moving Mountains Uganda, Local non-profits partnerships: Helping people with affordable housing, life-affirming decisions, enhancing mentoring relationships, urban outreach to homeless youth and anti-trafficking, quality K-12 education, and wholistic services for formerly incarcerated people.
