I am licensed to assist Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate. Real Estate properties would include: Residential,Commercial, Farms, Acreages, Foreclosures and Short Sales.

Real Estate Sales in the Council Bluffs, Iowa and Omaha, Ne area. Residential Sales was primary focus. During my Tenure at Ed Spencer Real Estate, I obtained my Broker's License for both Iowa and Nebraska, to provide increased knowledge and expertise for my Clients.

I am licensed to assist buyers and sellers of real estate. Real Estate properties would include: residential, commercial, farm land, acreages, foreclosures, and short sales.

The Company started out with Co-Owners and in March of 2008, I became the Principle Owner. I was elected President and Treasurer in 2004 and still serve in those capacities today. Provide leadership with accounting, banking, and office administration.

My parents, Albert and Carolyn Washburn, started to have health issues at the beginning of 2010. It became necessary for me to be their main Caregiver in March of 2012. We were assisted by the Angels group of Council Bluffs with regular check-ups and overall monitoring. My duties included: bathing, dispensing medicine, doctor appointments, grocery shopping and overall care 24/7. My niece helped out the last six months before their deaths in September and October of 2013. I then became the Executor of their Wills and because they both had Estates that had to go through Probate, the wills were closed in March of 2015. The most rewarding experience of my life!

Originate Mortgage Loans

Originated and closed loans that varied between Conventional, FHA, VA, and refinances.Worked with commercial loan officers to help current bank clients.Business increased dramatically due to interest rates falling during this time period, which allowed me to demonstrate my professionalism, loyalty, intuitiveness,and being a team player.

Operator and Manager of 1600 acre grain operation. Raised corn, soybeans, cattle, and hogs. Duties included: marketing, financial planning, cash flows, financial statements, supervision of employees and equipment purchase and maintenance.

Year of career change into mortgage industry.Trained strictly as FHA loan specialist in a year of rising interest rates.Learned the skills needed to become successful in working with borrowers and selling loans in the secondary market.Started to originate mortgage loans.
