Previously represented an enormously reputable, stable and successful REIT entrenched throughout the greater NY Metropolitan region. A few primary responsibilities as the Assistant Vice President/Leasing include: (i) managing, initiating and negotiating leases with current tenants and new retail/office tenants in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey; (ii) drafting and finalizing lease renewal and new lease LOI’s; (iii) closely working with in-house legal department on daily basis; (iv) consistent and daily communication with tenants; (v) closely working with construction and operations to ensure quality property maintenance for each property; (vi) assist, monitor and guide new and existing tenants with space renovations/construction; (vii) arrears monitoring and collection; (viii) closely work with in-house marketing and design specialist and help create property specific marketing materials and marketing campaigns; and (ix) maintaining professional associations/relationships with commercial brokers and local real estate professionals.

Previously represented one of Westchester County’s largest owner/managers of commercial real estate. Primary responsibilities include lease negotiations, daily operations management for 30 commercial office buildings, initial space planning and build-out coordination, CAD measurements, CAD drawings and alterations, creation and monitoring of stacking plans for all properties using CAD. Initiated and maintained professional associations with corporate real estate managers and commercial brokers. Monthly and weekly maintenance of vacancy and availability reports for an inventory of over 5 million square feet of office space.
