Lead efforts in annual campaigns, events, facility acquisition, management and improvement along with organizational strategic planning. Worked with a variety of non-profit partners, school districts and Department of Education to provide curriculum based after school engagement and activities for children and teens and their families. Coordinated community outreach and service program partnerships, developed funding sources through corporate giving, foundation support, planned giving and endowment growth. Developed staff training, safety and operational protocols, human resources management and operational manuals and standard practices for the organization. Responsible for annual budget development, benefits management for employees and all organizational management to meet standards for Boys and Girls Club of America.

Spencer Lake Christian Center is a year round Camp and Conference Center owned and operated by the Assemblies of God for the Wisconsin Northern Michigan District. As the Executive Director and Development Director my responsibilities ranged from the Operational Management of the organization, all employees, annual budget and maintenance over site of the entire complex and it's facilities. As Development Director I was in charge of all strategic planning, annual campaigns and capital campaigns, annual giving and fund raising events. Coordination of all food services, physical plant maintenance and improvements and employee management, human resources and seasonal employee management and training.
