I established the first initial Configuration Management team and CMDB data model both and expanded into the ServiceNow data model as the company’s reliance on Configuration Management grew over the past 15 years.• As Configuration Manager for a Fortune 500 company, I wrote requirements, process, and procedures to be followed.
