Our clients range from public companies, financial institutions and other commercial enterprises, to Federal and State Government departments, community organisations, family businesses and individuals.I lead both our Dispute Resolution and Litigation section and Insolvency and Debt Management section within our Commercial Services Team. I handle complex commercial litigation, insolvency matters, debt recovery and enforcement of judgments and provide commercial advice. I also manage the firm’s large volume debt recovery service for significant corporate clients.I am an accredited Law Institute of Victoria Mediator and am experienced in resolving commercial disputes. I am an active member of the Law Institute of Victoria, past chairman of the Litigation Lawyers Section of the Law Institute of Victoria and sit on the Magistrates Court Civil Rules Committee.
