I work with the Communications team to provide internal communications to all sales and support services to assure the business is aligned around the strategic goals developed by the SLT. I also serve on industry boards and panels, including the Cigar Association of America, National Association of Tobacco Outlets and TMA, a leading trade association. As head of External Affairs I direct our company's efforts in government affairs and engagement with legislative bodies at the Federal, State and Local levels. I am responsible for the development of strategic engagement plans which support the overall business strategy. As head of Regulatory Compliance, also accountable for R&D Product Development, Leaf Development, Analytical Science, Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance and Audit functions for Cigarettes, Cigars and Other Tobacco Products sold in the US Market.
