Reimage, repair and replace hardware as required Keep updated records for each POS terminal including accessories and network connectivity information • Prepare and submit end-of-day report for all events including detailing any issues and resolution• After hours desktop support for HP Microsoft Windows based computers / laptops including various Microsoft Office 365, Citrix and Compass Retail POS software
