About Rob Willis
FullFibre is a fast-growing company that provides fibre broadband services to homes and businesses across the UK. As the Technical Design Team Leader, I lead a team of planners and engineers who design and plan the fibre network infrastructure and ensure its quality and efficiency. I have over a year of experience in this role, and I have successfully delivered multiple projects across different regions and sectors.I have a strong background in fibre to the premise (FTTP) technology, network engineering, and fibre optics, as well as communication and project management skills. I joined FullFibre in June 2021 as a Fibre Planner, and I quickly progressed to a Technical Supervisor and then a Team Leader, thanks to my dedication, performance, and leadership abilities. I am passionate about delivering the best fibre broadband solutions to our customers and contributing to the digital transformation of the UK.
