Lead a team of business analysts to manage our financial and KPI reporting. We develop new integrations between our different source systems to automate and increase team efficiencies. We use a Microsoft tech stack that includes Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics and an Azure Data Lake. We use these tools with Power BI to report our financials, operational KPIs (attrition/new logo/transactions/realization rates/ARR etc.) and other necessary analytics to support finance, accounting and other departments in the org.Integrations we have developed include NetSuite, Salesforce, SharePoint and Snowflake. This includes daily, weekly and monthly automated processes that support multiple procedures for the company.

I am a part of the external reporting team that develops our board reporting, any ad hoc report requests and our internal budget tracking tools. I am our subject matter expert on Power BI and primary developer of data integrations for Power BI. These typically involve direct connections to Salesforce, external files on SharePoint, SQL servers and NetSuite. I led the development of our Power BI data model used for creating our monthly reporting. This helped reduce the initial consolidation of data from NetSuite, Salesforce and various Excel files from 2 days to a few hours. Since there is a direct integration with Salesforce it has helped us track our bookings MRR and ACV on a daily basis to see where we may land compared to plan.In 2019 I was part of a special project that migrated over 7K customers from one SaaS platform to the Waystar SaaS platform. I reviewed contract and booking information for those customers to make sure they had as seamless of a transition possible from one to the other.I am currently finishing up development of our customer analytics data model that will help us better understand our churn, partial churn, new customer, cross-sell and other revenue KPIs. Once complete I will be working on enhancing it with revenue realization rates by cohort and potentially by product.

My responsibilities range from gathering ad hoc reporting needs for 3rd parties to updating GAAP and Pro Forma financial statements for our board reporting. I also help review and write commentary for MTD, QTD and YTD expenses. I manage the revenue recognition process to get realization rates and help forecast sales.

I currently handle daily reporting for scrap and labor productivity, month-end closing procedures for accounts payable, balance sheet reconciliations, IR-GR reconciliations and accounts payable processes.- Improved the efficiency and accuracy of the daily scrap and labor productivity reports by modeling Excel formulas to pull data automatically instead of manual entry.- Created a MRO expense tracking sheet that allows us to view our MRO expenses as the month progresses. The data is summarized graphically and by G/L account detail. This report also gives the by month spend. - Created a report that allows ops team to view the weekly spend out of our PPE vending machines. It creates visibility to an expense that had previously not been tracked for accountability.

Help in reconciliation of HP P&L to corporate P&L.- Code all non-trade invoices to general ledger accounts, department and division to ensure accuracy of expense reporting.- Created by division expense reporting for operations to create visibility at the warehouse level.

Coordinate installs, maintenance and service of laundry, dietary and beverage equipment. Purchase commercial dietary, laundry and beverage equipment and parts. Manage inventory of parts and dispensers. Coordinate the refurbishing of dispensers and dish machines for reuse.

Sell and organize special event packages to the Masters, Super Bowl, Ryder Cup, US Open, etc. We help corporations entertain, retain, and develop relationships with their clients at these special events.
