KoOSK was formed with the intention to provide specialist website design and development services to Insurance and Financial Service businesses.However we quickly out grew this proposition leading to a revised offering of our services to businesses of all genres.

I was employed by IDEX Professional Recruitment Ltd as an in house Ecommerce Consultant.With the support of a team of recruitment consultants, I was solely responsible for the design, development, management and online marketing (including search engine optimisation) of the IDEX Recruitment website.During my time at IDEX I significantly increased the traffic to the website by crica 252%, re-positioned the website in all major search engines, developed a bespoke connection to the IDEX CRM system as well as produced a bespoke online job board.The IDEX website went on to be a finalist out of thousands of competitors for the 2010 National Online Recruitment Awards.In addition to the IDEX website and as sideline projects I worked on bespoke innovative technologies such as web recruitment, video 2 video interviewing, cv builders and more.

I established a Website Design and Development business named MasterSites which I ran whilst studying at both college and university.The business ran until 2008 when I went into full time employment.During the 4 year trading period I mostly gained commercial experience in developing website for corporate businesses.I also designed, developed and marketed what become of the UK's biggest and fastest growing modified car community websites.Within this period I had also self taught ASP.net, PHP and use of MySql and MsSql
