As owner of a telecommunications company, I know how important it is to make the right decisions and to get the job done right the first time. I’ve managed several employees and sub contractors in multiple cities. I know the importance of budgeting, site acquisitions, reporting, tracking and BOM.My ability to complete projects to specifications in a timely manner is my main priority. My knowledge of telecommunications consists of design, overhead and underground construction, splicing coax and fiber optic cables, hard wires to wireless, testing and handing over final product in a timely manner throughout cities in California and Nevada. I was responsible for day to day work in placing new cable or fiber, underground and in buildings. Equipment used included backhoes, excavators, missiles, etc. Once placed, I then spliced the cable/fiber and tested for the customer. This also included all paperwork, calling in locates, acquiring permits and training and supervising others. Excellent working relationship with all municipalities.

In charge of all underground and overhead construction of telecommunications via fiber, coax or twisted pair. Supervising a missile crew, taking care of all asbuilts and billing, prep boms, ordering and pick up material. Dealing with all customer relations and complaints.

In charge of approx 19 techs plus an additional 45 out-of-state techs. Commercial and residential. Day to day operations included quality control, training, safety inspection, trouble shooting, disciplinary action, damage assessment, routing. Tech reviews and truck/tool inspection. Daily use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Workforce and CSG.

Oversaw all aspects of telecommunications project, including a 40 million dollarbudget, design, permit acquisition from local municipalities, constructions via contractor coordination, quality assurance/inspection, plant certification, maintenance, invoicing, and project finalization.• Managed plant upgrade encompassing 35 cities and 140,000 subscribers.• Successfully managed 15 direct reports and several construction contractors. • Worked successfully with municipalities and their regulations.

Maintained plant reliability for a 250-mile area, requiring on-call duties, field and head-end troubleshooting, and working knowledge of all equipment, including amplifiers and power supplies.

Read electrical schematics; installed conduit and wired to schematics, then tested. Drive section motors and all safety switches. Wired all the lighting in Jetway bridges and jet-power supplies to power up the commercial jets; troubleshoot and built all control panels. Ac/Dc
