A Senior Quality Analyst to lead the effort on a large SaaS conversion that includes integration, regression and end user testing for Educational Credit Management Corporation (ECMC) client.

Senior QA Analyst Lead for a team that consists for 4 onsite and 8 offshore analysts working on a large project to upgrade and enhance Merrill’s DataSite Contract Management application. This project utilizes the Agile development and testing process with Sprints being completed every two weeks. Responsibilities include: • Implement QA best practices • Defect creation, help managed defect process and assisted with prioritization and severity definition • Reviewed requirements traceability to assure coverage • Identify risks and mitigation strategies • Mentor less experienced QA staff • Provide estimation and resource planning for QA efforts • Reports on testing progress, defects and issues • Daily communication with offshore team to provide testing assignments, status and help • Works closely with business analysts, using the provided user stories documentation, to produce test cases to ensure complete system testing coverage

Worked on several Distribution Center and company website projects. The company website project utilized the Agile process. When assigned as the Test Lead on a project I was responsible for creating a test plan and laying out the complete test process to be followed from start to finish. This included frequent interaction with the business, the development team, BA’s and the Project Manager. I organized weekly status meetings with the business, business analysts, the Project Manager and test team to discuss the testing strategies, problems encountered, test plan changes and progress. I was also asked to be a mentor to the QA team members with less experience.
