Nwo (Netherlands Organisation For Scientific Research) Jan 2014 - Feb 2018

A better understanding of these factors contributes to a balanced nature conservation policy and well-considered investments to protect vital ecosystems. The Research Programme Biodiversity Works has emerged from the like-named policy programme that was signed by several government ministries. The research programme developed knowledge to enable policy questions to be answered. The Programme was coordinated by a steering committee, which received advice from a Programma commitee and an international assessment committee. I was chairman of the steering commitee, which decided on allocation of funds and was in charge of the quality control.
