There are a few things we can be assured of in life, famously death and taxes, but also change. While still not a fan of death and taxes, change is something I have learned to embrace. Control the changes where you can, but also get excited by the changes you can't. These are the ones that truly broaden your horizons and grow you as an individual. Having spent my career working with technology I have seen my fair share of change, and therefore challenge. The challenges created by change, either sought or imposed, ultimately present you with a new opportunity for success and growth. My passion has always been in helping others to identify their requirements, and, through technology offer them a solution or change, that makes a difference. That used to involve the deployment of those solutions, but now, as an Account Manager at Bistech I am able to fully concentrate on 'why?' rather than 'what?' and 'how?'. Bistech is full of technologists who have my back on design and implementation!
