● Reliably communicates project plan with contractors to create a schedule, optimize installation process, and problem solve in the field as needed to meet project specifications and applicable code standards. ● Attend bid meetings to evaluate the project requirements and determine scope. ● Keep each project organized by maintaining project files, interpreting drawings and specifications, estimating materials and labor, and reviewing for quality control. ● Lead my project team by delegating tasks, training, driving heavy equipment and installing components according to national standards and contract specifications.

● Leading installation team by following provided schematics, ensuring employees adhere to OSHA regulations, and managing conflicts regarding technical challenges. ● Responsible for all mechanical and electrical duties related to residential solar panel systems. Multitask as necessary to follow project timeline to completion. ● Ensure customer satisfaction by inspecting the work performed with great attention to detail.
