I'm an adaptable problem solver, passionate about streamlining how we run and manage complex projects. As a PhD student, my research uses Python, C++, and Fortran to model the structure and mechanics of soft (squishy) materials. I also collaborate with NASA to study the effect of gravity on material structure 🍮🍦🍡🚀I thrive in an independent role developing organizational systems (12+ years experience), managing small teams (9+ years experience), automating workflows (1+ years experience), and serving communities (9+ years experience).Some of my proudest accomplishments are:- launching Rheology Comics in 5 languages (now 11+) with Caroline Martin: https://rheologycomics.github.io/- earning a FINESST research grant from NASA here in the US, and a JSPS national research grant in Japan- collaborating on new experiments for the International Space Station (launched Aug 3, 2024)- organizing a full day workshop on adaptation and evolution in biological materials at SICB 2019- reporting on sustainable development policy for the Republic of Maldives at the United Nations- expanding the tea program at Formaggio Kitchen Cambridge
