In my time at PartySlate we have grown from a 12-person early-stage startup to a +50-employee Series-B company while averaging 258.33% revenue growth year-over-year. Collectively we shipped *many* in-depth features, embraced remote work, established a collaborative Design System, transitioned to Nextjs and GraphQL, and succeeded in building a world class events industry platform.- Spearheaded 10+ large-scale features from requirements phase through agile development and cross-functional definition process, resulting in a 25% increase in user engagement year-over-year.- Led the rewrite of Find Venues Page (https://www.partyslate.com/find-venues) to provide a Map-view, leveraging Google Maps API, React.js, Mobx, and React Router, resulting in a 150% increase in Venue inquiries.- Facilitated long-term project migrating from Monolith to Monorepo, breaking the front-end code out from the Rails backend.
