My role as Project Manager is extremely multifaceted. I manage numerous components of multiple high value construction projects including supply chain, subcontractors, estimating, budgeting, tender management, project reporting, client and stakeholder management, and various other aspects. I manage several key clients, in both the private and public sector, and act as their personal contract manager, facilitating their every need.The diversity of my day-to-day activities mean that I understand the intricate needs of a project from inception to completion - big or small.
