Current"Robert Adinolfi serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Renaissance Properties, Inc. Since 2002, Rob has played a critical role in identifying and evaluating real estate opportunities for the company, provided strategic direction and analysis, and executed our project-specific business plans. Rob’s responsibilities include oversight and preparation of financial analysis and modeling, feasibility studies and market analysis, financial underwriting with lenders and investors, negotiation of contracts and lease agreements, guiding the site design and entitlement process, providing insight into product design and development, staff oversight and management, and working with the sales, marketing, and leasing staff to position new projects in the market.In addition to the traditional development deals that Rob has worked on, his strong analytical background and creativity have helped Renaissance Properties structure unique partnership agreements and joint ventures with banks, equity investors and other developers. In a highly-competitive, supply-constrained market, he has successfully applied these skills in underwriting more than $125M of land transactions for projects generating more than $750M in new home sales over the course of his career. In addition, Rob has played a key role in navigating and closing commercial asset sales totaling nearly $80M since 2018. Rob also serves as the primary point of contact for governmental and administrative agencies as well as for the many consulting professionals utilized by Renaissance to advance various projects.Immediately prior to joining Renaissance, Rob handled land acquisitions and site development for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders and was involved in the acquisition, planning, and/or land development for nearly 2,000 lots in various product segments and markets."
