I am an Associate Principal of JMC and a Licensed Professional Engineer in over 15 states with experience in site planning, civil engineering, environmental analysis and related construction services.Having joined the firm in 1993, my skills include management, coordination and scheduling of a project’s approval process, site plan design, feasibility studies, layout design, grading design, water pumping and distribution systems, sewage collection systems, stormwater collection and treatment systems, and utility service design. In addition, he is responsible for the analysis and interpretation of zoning ordinances, environmental regulatory requirements and the preparation of Stormwater Management Reports and Environmental Studies.I am also a former President of the Westchester/Putnam Chapter of the New York State Society of Professional Engineers and has served on its Board of Directors since 2003. I also serve on the Board of Directors of the Westchester County Association and am the Coaching Coordinator and also a member of the Board of Directors of my son’s local Little League.
