Rob Altemeyer holds a Masters Degree in Natural Resource Management and has thirty years of experience healing the planet and working to reduce poverty. His skill set includes stakeholder relations, policy analysis, strategic planning and communications. His areas of expertise include climate change, renewable energy, energy efficiency, water management, protected areas, solid waste management, social enterprises, and affordable housing. As a four-term Member of the Manitoba Legislative Assembly he helped local organizations achieve over 100 physical improvements in his constituency including new green space, community gardens, affordable housing units, child care spaces and recreation facilities. Now retired from politics, Rob is enjoying his many conversations with private companies, social enterprises, non profits and government agencies about his options for professional employment. He is the proud Dad of a blended family with four children aged 4 to 15 in Winnipeg, Canada.
