I am currently focused on pain management with orthopedic patients in particular. I spend my time obtaining accurate histories, physically examining, ordering tests to efficiently diagnose and treat oftentimes complex cervical/lumbar spine issues with concomitant shoulder/wrist, hip, knee, foot and ankle pathology. Depending on the underlying cause a variety of interventions can be ordered or performed from anything between an in-office bursa injection to scheduling an epidural steroid injetion. Considerable time is spent discussing the patient's images including Xrays and MRIs as well as the treatment options. I educate the patient on pharmacologic treatments as well as physical therapy/chiropractic care/accupuncture and off course interventional injection therapies with Dr. Babl.

Leasing: Marketed office and retail properties for lease on behalf of landlords and assisted in lease negotiations. Representing tenants, I led the search for properties meeting their requirements and assisted in negotiating the lease. Listed and marketed retail/office land on behalf of landlords. Property Management: Managed a medical and office building in Lake Mary, FL. Coordinated the repair and maintenance and reported regularly to the Board of Directors of the Association on the status of projects in process. Coordinated the repayment of accounts receivable and came up with repayment schedules for past due tenants. Managed and coordinated the repair, maintenance and redevelopment of an office building near downtown Orlando. Acquisitions/Dispositions: Researched through industry web tools, county records and interpersonal network all options for clientèle to purchase a site for the premiere boutique hotel in Orlando, FL. Assisted in narrowing scope down to the top two sites our clients loved. Monitored and reported all data on hotel industry updates.Directly marketed to REIT's, investors and buyers both developed properties and raw/undeveloped land for retail/office/industrial uses.

Prepared monthly financial reports consisting of Balance Sheet, Income Statement/Profit & Loss, Accounts Receivables and Payables. Reviewed the general ledger daily. Prepared calculations of and remitted monthly sales tax payments to the State of Florida. Developed repayment plans and followed up on account receivables. Monitored and managed the accounts payable process. Surveyed the needs of our the office and came up with the best IT system within budget. Managed the upgrade to the IT system which included in-house MS Exchange, remote connections to office and offsite server backup. Initiated and implemented complete accounting system upgrade from 2 separate systems to Yardi Voyager - a completely web based accounting and property management system. Upgrading to Yardi Voyager saved us tens of man hours a week by automating the bank reconciliation process in addition to accounts payable preparation and approval process. Those hours saved in turn enabled the ability to double the capacity of properties managed with the same number of accounting staff. Most of my activities were spent one on one and small groups building relationships with students, sharing what Jesus Christ had done in my life and resourcing as many questions as possible. Led a variety of small group Bible studies ranging from exploring the basics of who Jesus Christ is to more advanced subjects with students who were interested in knowing more. Over the summers I had the opportunity to assist leading short term mission trips in Ft. Collins - Colorado, Brisbane - Australia and Ocean City, New Jersey.
