As the General Partner of a limited partnership, designed, financed, built and managed all operations of this multi-purpose health and fitness club. Facilities included 10 racquetball courts, fitness center, aerobics studio, and a full service bar and restaurant. Brought previous experience building three similar facilities to develop this premier health club in the Northeast which was later acquired by New York Sports Club.
