I enjoy learning about new products and features, getting in-depth technical knowledge of how they work, and how customers can best utilise them. I also continue to engage with customers directly, to ensure that I fully appreciate the tasks that my team perform and the issues that they help to resolve.I’ve been a remote worker for the last 19 years and have plenty of practice in being disciplined, getting work done, and avoiding distractions. Having worked as a part of a global team, I understand the scheduling complexities of time zones, and the need be flexible in my working hours to fit in with colleagues.When I’m not working, I like to escape from technology and spend as much time outdoors as possible. I live in a beautiful part of England, and I am fortunate to have fantastic walking and cycling opportunities right from my door.
