Rob Sinclair works and plays at the intersection of human development and human dynamics in leadership and teaming, helping leadership teams become healthier living systems that bring out the best in their people to serve their most important stakeholders. Rob works as an executive coach, a leadership consultant, and a systemic team coach. In some shape or form for the last 12 years Rob has spent his days working with leaders and teams from all over the globe at many levels - from startup founder/CEO’s and ivy-league MBA students, to executive leaders and teams at Salesforce, Honda, Ernst and Young, Conservation International, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Microsoft, and more. Leveraging insights from his 25+ years in the martial arts, a degree in biology, and his studies with some of the most cutting-edge practitioners in leadership development and systems change, Rob combines the latest advances in adult development, interpersonal neurobiology, agile transformation, and innovative systems evolution to work as a catalyst for the development of deeper servant leadership on behalf of a better world.*******Rob has been a student of leadership for most of his life, learning essential leadership lessons in his first martial arts class at age 9 that he had no idea would guide a lifetime of work. He is a PCC with the International Coaching Federation, a certified Systemic Team Coach under Peter Hawkins and the Academy of Executive Coaching, as a CPCC from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) as well as a graduate of their Co-Active Leadership Program, a graduate of the U-Lab for Awareness Based Systems Change at MIT, and is a licensed practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile, Collective Leadership Assessment and the Leadership System. Rob holds black belts in multiple martial arts, is a musician, an avid reader, a student of meditation, and a lover of the outdoors. He splits his time between Vancouver island, Toronto, and Latin America.
