Credentialing Representative

This Includes data entry, internet searches for PSV, and misc. tasks as required: 1) Review provider credentialing applications for completeness 2) Request information via fax/e-mail if application is incomplete 3) Receiving applications, renaming them and entering the dates in our database 4) Perform Primary Source Verifications on providers – looking up license verifications on state board websites, retrieving information from SharePoint 5) Complete a provider checklist, stamp adobe’s with review signature and upload to SharePoint.

Customer Service Support

Pest control dispatcher•Respond daily to 80+ calls in an inbound call center•Achieve target goals, maintaining statistical objectives utilizing good time management skills.•Handle product orders, credit inquiries, and post payments for service.

•Provide customer service for Wells Fargo customer account with home mortgage.•Set up reoccurring withdrawals, process payments and answer any question on customer account.•Provide information on account that could benefit customer (refinance, credit card, and banking) to have the One Wells experience

Works with individual students or small groups of students to reinforce learning of material or skills initially introduced by the teacher. Assists the teacher in devising special strategies for reinforcing material or skills based on a sympathetic understanding of individual students, their needs, interest, and abilities. Operates and cares for equipment used in the classroom for instructional purposes.

•Perform routine library clerical duties necessary for the up keep of the current collection.•Provide customer service at the library service desk, updating records for fines/fees, processing check out items and searching for items on holds.•Maintain collection by checking in books and shelving them

•Provide customer service; taking incoming calls, respond to emails, transcribe, use research skills to answer inquiries about products for Honeywell thermostat.•Use office skills and provide superb information for wiring instructions of product paying attention to details via phone.•Go above and beyond the call of service for customer satisfaction making sure the problem was solved.

•Provide customer service skills for money market transfers of acat, drs, and mutual funds.•Research and used analytical skills to help implement the process of transfers in a timely manner.•Maintain records, complete all requested reports by pulling and or filing input this information into computer system.
