I served as Raymond James’ chief creative officer, ensuring all work produced internally met business and creative objectives. Additional responsibilities included developing overarching brand strategy, fostering firm-wide adherence of style standards, managing outside agency relationships, administering multi-million-dollar budgets, assessing targeted.

I undertook editorial responsibilities for strategically important projects, from working closely with the upper echelon of advisors to editing the firm’s annual report. I also supervised the department’s editorial staff.

My main focus was developing targeted messaging to achieve communication objectives through print and broadcast mediums. I functioned as de facto account and traffic manager, serving as client liaison and regulating workflow. I was Marketing’s compliance officer, reviewing all materials for adherence to regulatory guidelines.

I performed on-site reviews of branch offices’ processes, record-keeping and client communications, discussing deviations from industry and firm policies directly with branch managers and summarizing issues in detailed reports. I also audited corporate departments, making recommendations to mitigate risk and create efficiencies.
