I have worked in the Workers Compensation arena for plus 30 years, most recently specializing in RTW/SAW, Medical Management, Claim Assistance, UR/UM-Managed Care and Program Management. Previously I specialized in Functional Capacity Evaluations, Work Site Evaluations, Safe Work Practice, and Job Analysis. My duties as the Trust's Return to Work Specialist, call upon these skills to provide resource, insight and means to facilitate work opportunity, safety, and, accommodation to the injured worker returning to the work place. I also oversee the opioid monitoring program, Utilization Review and Nurse Care Management teams. As well, I provide insight into injury, pharmacological concerns, treatment and claim matters. In addition, I provide expertise into issues of injury recovery, behavioral health needs, the work site, reasonable accommodation, physical demands, design and creation of recuperative work posts, injury investigation/exploration and work adaptation.
