I work on integrating the ASIP onto various platforms. .... Not a lot else I can say.

I am part of the Requirements and Verification team supporting AMP2.

Responsible for the thermal sub-system of the DSP satellite constellation.• Responsible for monitoring the thermal telemetry and resolution plan if a thermal anomaly should happen.• Wrote a MATLAB script to predict the battery usage for the upcoming eclipse season.

Responsible for flowing requirements from the System Specification to the unit.• Responsible for all Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) requirements from System Level, to implementation• Responsible for writing the GPS Block III Space Vehicle Specification, including requirements allocation to the sub-system level• Responsible for internal (Payload to Payload) and external (SV to ground) interfaces (non-TT&C) from system level to implementation

Responsible for providing the environment for hardware and software developers to run unit tests. • Responsible for bringing Freescale T4240 boxes online for development effort• Wrote C program which allows for file input/output in VxWorks• Responsible for tracing requirements from Interface Control Document (ICD) through design specification and verification documents, to implementation via ReqTracer • Responsible for writing Software Test Plan and Design Verification Plan

Intimately familiar with all interfaces the military GPS receiver utilizes. Provided expertise not only for the interfaces, but how the receiver uses the interfaces. Serve as Responsible Engineer for the two documents describing the Military Unique GPS Signal in Space, which ties together all three subsystems.• Defined a government reference architecture for a military GPS receivers and documented it in a Cost Analysis Requirements Description • Determined the appropriate flow-down of requirements from the Capabilities Development Document to the receiver card; this included defining the Military Navigation Message structure and describing how software reprogramming should be implemented for Modernized GPS User Equipment• Ensured system integration information was consolidated, ranked and prioritized, and reported at the appropriate programmatic forums

- I was the senior enlisted member of my unit, so I mentored and led the 10 members I was in charge of.- Used AEGIS weapons system to properly identifying all surface, subsurface, and air contacts, to ensure safe weapons usage.- Responsible for maintaining Link11 and Link16 connectivity for the ship, to ensure the best situational awareness.

- I used StarSim to validate flash memory, before it is built on Silicon. StarSim is an analog signal simulator. Using StarSim I compared simulated analog waveforms against a known good sequence, to ensure the signal voltage is correct for all Input/ Output pads and intermediate signals.- I learned how to use ModelSim, which is a digital signal simulator, to ensure digital validation of the flash chip.- I used VHDL to design and validate parts of the flash chip.

- My unit was responsible for the physical layer at all 52 Cal DOJ sites. I installed CAT 5 and CAT 6 network cables. I was trained on how to install fiber optic cables.- Using Ghost software, I imaged computers.- I installed software and hardware on computers. - I installed switches, routers and servers including connectivity in cabinets.
