In charge of overall operational and budgetary management of the Kwajalein Hospital between 2019 and 2022. Met weekly with key stakeholders to discuss overall strategy for upcoming decisions on operations, business development, capture, bids and staffing levels.

Responsible for obtaining and setting up initial contracts for Frontiers Advisory movements in Africa, Middle East, Europe & Central Asia.Managed freight, fuel supply and on ground setup for a large anti-terrorist operation in remote parts of East Africa.Secured weekly cargo delivery contract to handle sensitive US Government freight destined to various locations in West Africa.Won commercial contract to move over 100 tons of airport security conveyors from the UK to Los Angeles via air & ocean after lengthy negotiations with client.Manage a team of worldwide logisticians to handle daily commercial and government operations.Work closely with the US Flag Carriers to move US Government freight to various OCONUS locations.

Obtained and managed over $30 million in contracts for worldwide cargo movements.Traveled frequently between CONUS/OCONUS in support of continued military/civilian contracts and business development/sales.Provided high-level transport and logistical plans to supply the US Military/DoS & ISAF with inbound/outbound cargo requirements for Iraq, Central Asia & Afghanistan.Setup Dubai office and lived in the UAE from 2010 – 2013 with frequent travel to Iraq, Afghanistan, Central Asia & Africa.Responsible for setting up large-scale trucking contract with Damco/Maersk to supply the US Military in Afghanistan with hundreds of containers of cargo via the Northern Distribution Network. This project increased company revenue from $5 million in 2011 to $18 million in 2012.Hired and directed staff of over 40 located in East Europe, Middle East & Central Asia. Trained local logistics staff in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Bosnia & Iraq.Provided logistical planning and won contracts to move US Military retrograde cargo via the Northern Distribution Network. Managed proposal effort, built team, supervised project (on ground) for moving the largest US Embassy in the world from the former Presidential Palace in Baghdad to the $700 million New Embassy Compound (NEC) on the Tigris during some of Baghdad’s most violent days. Move One was applauded by the US Ambassador (Ryan Crocker) for finishing the 7 months move on time and without any delays.Exercised well-honed management expertise to hire, train and direct over 50 expatriate and local personnel in continuing expansion of Middle East and East African offices.Planned and managed expansion of Move One division throughout Iraq and continued to orchestrate cohesive efforts between Iraqi/Kuwait personnel and Move One Middle East/Central Asia division staff. Responsible for opening, staffing and managing 6 Iraq offices.Secured and maintained contracts with various Move One customers in the Middle East.
