Double Dutch went live in April of 2015. Every staff member was personally trained by myself in best practices in propagation, plant care, harvesting, pre-packing. Once the crew was fully trained, the following responsibilities fell to me:1. Director of Operations: a) Overseeing the general course and health of the program. Curemaster: a) Overseeing and properly timing the handling of product post harvest such as bucking, trimming, grading.b) Required logging of wet and dry weights.c) Monitoring/adjusting dry and cure room conditions. d) Personally curing out and properly storing several metric tons flower and Intermediate material lots under my own personal SOP, standardized after 17 years experience curing cannabis. Designed to remove harsh burning chlorophyll while bringing out and preserving full flavor and aroma, as well as increasing shelf life, preserving terpene content, and insuring a passed QA by stabilizing water activity.e) Mandated QA sample collection. 4. Wholesales:a) Acquiring and maintaining repeat wholesale buyer relationships for intermediate products such as Premium Sugar Leaf, Fresh Frozen Flower, and Wholeflower.b) Personally averaging $20,000 to $80,000 in monthly wholesales to other Processors.
