Robb is a 5th generation cattleman from South Dakota. Ranching and the western way of life are a strong legacy in his family as evidenced by his great-grandfather’s and grandfather’s saddles, which are proudly displayed in the Tri-State Museum in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Robb left South Dakota for Texas on a football and track scholarship and later attended St. Mary’s University School of Law. Robb’s background as a contract and real estate lawyer is very valuable in negotiations and complex property issues. Robb is active in the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association and serves on the State and Federal Lands Steering Committees. Robb is also a member of the Roundup Riders of the Rockies and enjoys archery hunting or pushing his cows around Routt County on horseback in his free time. He and his wife, Wendy, live on a small horse property in Northern Colorado. Their son, Brady graduated with an Animal Science degree from Colorado State and now is a Safari Park driver & educator at Animal Kingdom.Robb holds real estate licenses in Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota and Nebraska.

They live in Windsor, Colorado and are very active in “Hunter’s Dream for a Cure”, a charity named after their late son Hunter that raises money for children with neurological diseases and programs for special needs children. Hunter died in 2005 at the age of 5 1/2 . The foundation has continued in his name raising money through three annual major celebrity events: the Dave Diaz-Infante & Mark Schlereth Charity Golf Classic, the Denim & Diamonds Gala featuring country music stars including Craig Morgan and John Michael Montgomery and the annual Celebrity Hunt for a Cure. The foundation has raised well over $2,000,000 since its inception, and the research clinic it started at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore was renamed the Hunter Nelson Sturge Weber Center in 2007. As a result of funding from the foundation, In May of 2013 researchers at the Center published findings discovering the cause of Sturge-Weber.
