At 19 years old I walked into a motorcycle dealership in Phoenix wearing a suit and looking for a job. The suit got me hired on the spot. I started working as a motorcycle sales person about 40 minutes after I arrived. I was taught a sales process that was fromthe car buying process and I hated it. It simply wasn't fun, enganging and put zero emphasis on building a client relationship. So naturally, I wrote my own process. I wanted to have fun selling fun. I wanted to build, not only a sales person relationship but a dealership relatioship with my clients. And that's exactly what I did. I ran circles around the other sales people and was quickly promoted until at age 21, I was the National Sales Director for the largest motorcycle corporation in the world. As we aquired dealerships, I would teach the sales people my process and ultimately it led to huge succes for the corporation. After my first son was born I decided the hours of the job were too much and took a job for a alrge insurance corporation as a Customer Service Representive andwas again quickly promoted to the sales division and then again to a sales trainer teaching my simple method of building relationships to build trust which equates to more sales.I moved to Washington in 2011 with my wife and son so she could pursue owning her families business. I started a strength and conditoning gym where I focused on building relationships with my members and clients, many of which I still have today and have turned into sales in both my real estate and commercial insurance careers. With COVID my mindset had to shift. It became very apparent that gyms were no ones priority and I pursued Residential Real Estate. I quickly became a stand out agent in my office and also my community, which ultimately got me recognition from other sales industries. My current postion as a Commerical Insurance Producer is the culmination of everything I have learned, failed at and succeeded at over my careers. My favorite line to hear is, "That's going to be tough." My response is always, "Good. The tough ones are the most rewarding." I thrive where others quit because it's "tough." Let's get to work.
