I helped to build Augie’s from a one location retailer to a multi-unit roasting retail operation. At the time of my exit Augie’s had 5 locations, offered catering services, a warehouse, robust online sales, and wholesale.In my role, I oversaw hiring, training, scheduling, online customer relations, and community outreach company wide. Additionally, I helped with product design, social media campaigns, I travelled to origin, cupped coffee for quality and purchasing.Lastly, I worked at our retail locations, acted as a judge at SCA competitions, and helped build wholesale through networking.
