As the Creative Services Manager I wear three hats. I am the Creative Director, the Promotions Director; and, since December of 2015, I have served as the Interim Marketing Director. As Creative and Marketing Director I manage a team of four. Creative primarily deals with the Sales Department. Promotions deals with the News. Both require copy-writing, brand development, audio/video production, and output to CBS and/ or CW Networks as well as distribution to all major social-media outlets. Peripheral responsibilities include distribution and/or production of CBS and CW initiatives and promotions to broadcast and social-digital outlets. In addition, I am accountable for the timely insertion and quality playback of the majority of local, regional, and national promotions, advertisements, and public service announcements.As the interim Marketing Director, I am responsible for directing corporate marketing initiatives and campaigns at the local level and working with Sales, News, and Executive management to develop, promote, and/or monetize initiatives and campaigns for the local market. I am also responsible for interpreting the analytical data gleaned from these initiatives.
