Main responsibilities: • Brief flight crew on weather, routing, NOTAMS and any MEL, CDL items. • Produce take-off and landing performance data. • Monitor any irregularities in fuel burn and aircraft performance. • Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements – CAA, EASA and FAA • Preparation of weight and balance documentation using different departure control systems. • Train new starters in the principles of flight planning• Ensure the safe on time departure of customer aircraft • Supervise the turnaround of customer aircraft ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to• Loadmaster on B747-400 and 800 freighter, with extensive experience in dangerous goods and load planning

Main responsibilities: • To prepare and dispatch legal flight plans for customers aircraft. • Brief the flight crew highlighting any applicable NOTAM's, METAR's or TAF's. • Ensure flight plans reflect customers fuel policy and ensuring costs and efficiency are considered. • Prepare and apply for overflight permits for customer aircraft• Remain on call for any customer enquiries. • Liaise with other departments within the company to help organise hotel accommodation, car rental, catering for the flight.
