Major UK City Council 2022 - 2022Leading a team of Solution and Technical Architects to optimise the client's M365 environment focussing on M365 Tenant Security, new InTune and Autopilot EUC management solution, Exchange Online Protection implementation and Exchange Online migration to the cloud.Metropolitan Police Force 2021 - 2022Leading the Windows 10 Deployment for the Police Force on behalf of Agilisys, with accountability for the user account migration and device deployment for 13,000 officers and support from Windows 7 to Windows 10 End User Computing environment as part of a major Infrastructure Transformation Programme. With a team of over 20 Scheduling, Migration, Deployment and Support resources, deployed over 11,000 new Windows 10 devices Force staff within agreed timescales.Parliament and Government of British Crown Dependency 2020 - 2021Working as part of the Agilisys Team delivering a Service Transition and Infrastructure Transformation Programme, I had two areas of accountability. Firstly, defining and implementing the governance and assurance function across the programme to enhance the consistency, clarity and communication with all engaged key stakeholders across the client and Agilisys Programme Team. Secondly, leading the the Network Transformation project that was being delivered in conjunction with the third party Network Provider.UK Financial Services Company 2019 - 2020Leading the Programme on behalf of SCC, I was directly accountable for the delivery of a strategic UK Infrastructure Transformation and Transition Programme for a Financial Services company undertaking significant business change and corporate growth resulting from the acquisition of number of other businesses. UK County Council 2018 – 2019Leading the Deployment Project on behalf of SCC, I was accountable for the delivery of the upgrade of the County Council’s desktop computing estate to Windows 10 across 150 locations for 6,500 users.

I was accountable for governance and assurance oversight to ensure operational service and commercial delivery of major programmes delivered by Computacenter Professional Services. Key focus on ensuring adherence to the appropriate principles of commercial and programme governance to drive consistency of overall delivery, to increase customer satisfaction and to deliver predictable outcomes. Specific accountability to manage the governance of major Service Transition and Infrastructure Transformation programmes due to cross-technology experience and proven ability to effectively manage complex stakeholder engagements with clients, eco-system partners and Computacenter internal partners.Prior to this role I was a Programme Manager from 2008 - 2011 where I was responsible for the successful delivery of cross business sector, multi-year programmes. A role I was promoted to after spending 9 years as a Lead Project Manager from 1999 - 2008 where I was responsible for the delivery of successful Workplace Deployment and Infrastructure Projects for commercial and government clients.
